Trilingual French-English-German with accounting skills she started her career within a chartered accounting and audit firm where she has been able to develop her professional knowledge and skills. Her knowledge of languages has automatically conducted her towards an international career.

With her accounting and audit background she took the opportunity to step versus af company career and became the European Finance and Human Resources Manager for an American company. She held this position for three years, from the Start up to the closing of the European structure.

In 1998 she joined ITS, a company which is specialized in providing administrative services and assistance to foreign companies in France. Rapidly she has been promoted to a Management position of the company. The strong expanding of the payroll and Human Resources department for clients has conducted the company to set up a subsidiary exclusively dedicated to payroll and HR services. Since the set up she has been nominated Managing Director of the company.

 

She has realised her career in an international environment mainly focused on Administration, Finance, Payroll and Human Resources.

Trilingual French –English- German and educated in Language and Culture, she has worked first as research assistant at the chair of Intercultural Communication in the University of Chemnitz (Germany), where she has established a database of the publications treating of the intercultural problems in the business world on behalf of Daimler Benz AG, EADS today. Moreover she has studied the role and the impact of the stereotypes in the intercultural situations.

 

In order to perfect her theory knowledge she has spent about ten years in foreign countries (Germany, Australia, Japan and India) where she has worked as a trainer for Intercultural Management in big companies (EADS and Siemens) with executives, in French institutions (Alliance Française in Sydney) and also in language and business schools (ESO). She has joined GPM in 2007 and at the same time she became in charge of communication and partnership management in the chartered accountancy company FIDUCITS, member of the network ECOVIS.

 

She has always worked in an international and multicultural context which is an abiding source not only of differences and intercultural misunderstandings but also and especially of positive synergies !
