Memorandum on the new regulations regarding contingency funds, health insurance and retirement funds, which were concluded in favour of employees, and lead to preferential treatment with respect to income tax and social security contribution.
INSURANCE CONTRACTS MUST COMPLY WITH THESE NEW REGULATIONS TO REMAIN VALID AND KEEP THE RESULTING ABATEMENT.

The purchasing power act 2008-111 was published in the Journal Officiel on the 8th February 2008.
The Civil Service has clarified many issues in the interdepartmental decree of the 12th of February 2008.
We have chosen to set out hereby the main measures of this purchasing power act, namely exceptional repurchase of days off, exceptional unfreezing of profit-sharing and exceptional payment of a 1,000 € bonus in small companies.
